What I particularly like about LYNK & CO philosophy, approach and business model are the fact that is more than just a car. There’s a definitive mindset behind this brand to be wide open as an open source to creation and collaboration.
As you may have seen from our social channels, we have been covering the launch of the new car company called: LYNK & CO (via our Instagram) in Berlin, Germany. It has been an exciting ride as that is our first international unveiling for Abduzeedo.
Uber refreshed their branding and visual identity in the beginning of this year and despite the controversy it was a in my opinion a solid work. I know some of the designers behind it and I have profound admiration for the work that they do, they are experts at their craft and probably some of the best in this field.
Geiger Magazine is a editorial design project created by Mads Thorsoe and it was a school assignment to redesign a magazine. The reason I am sharing this project is because it is an old one, it was shared in 2012, that's 4 years ago.
I happen to have an unhealthy obsession with candles that smell amazing so when we received a delivery from Keap Candles out of Brooklyn, NY my day was made. Upon opening the beautifully packaged discovery set of four tea light candles my olfactory senses were in heaven.

We would like to share this Instagram account that has been making a lot of buzz lately. We’ll quite understand why because it is so refreshing and the idea of mixing two of my favourite things in the whole world. Design and Food, more specifically pattern design.
We've seen some great gadgets and equipment for designers. So many cool stuff, that we could actually assemble infinite perfect office spaces! Every week we'll assemble a perfect office, and we'd like you to help us. What equipment would the perfect office have?
Chris Reath shared some incredible illustration work on his Dribbble profile most of them featuring strong contrast with some vibrant accent colors. In addition to that he beautifully worked with isometric perspectives. The result is some stunning compositions like the "paint the black hole blacker" and "An Ode to Radio Raheem". The latter was a homage to Bill Nunn.
We came across Luis Godinho's beautiful photography on 500px and in particular his shots from India, Thailand and Nepal featuring individuals young and old. I was expressly moved by a shot of a little girl in Jaipur, India titled Olhos Nao Mentem (Eyes Don't Lie). Eyes truly do not lie and are the windows into the soul. Luis clearly has a knack for capturing the emotion of these moments.
We always love featuring the work from Pawel Nolbert, his work is always wildly impressive and refreshing all the time. Pawel has this distinctive style on how he will experience and experiment with different mediums to create new styles.
For a little over a decade, our friends at Desktopography have been releasing each year their anticipated collection of wallpapers by artists and designers from all over the Globe. We’ve been great fans of this initiative over the years and we shall select a few ones for our Wallpaper of the Week series.
